This may seem like a dumb question, but cell carrier Ting said I should ask: Is this phone SIM-locked?
No phone already unlock. now my question is for you is ting using T Mobile towers for their service ?
If you look on Google, you'll see stories in trade publications that Ting has a quiet agreement with T-Mobile to provide service for GSM customers. It also has CDMA service through some other carrier.
I have another question: is this phone unlocked for use in the United States or is it the international version. Thank you for your patience.
this is not the international version but it is unlocked to be used worldwide, so yes you can use it outside united states.
