Also I cannot ship to my paypal billing address as I am traveling and may not be there for another week. So if this is an option and you have any more info on the rooted vs not let me know. Thanks. You can buy any device that you want, but if you are not sure what rooted means we would suggest that you look it up first as usually devices that have been rooted have modified software and their warranties are all void and cannot receive support from the manufacturer. If you look it up and are okay with the fact that the device is rooted you can purchase it. We just want our users to know what they are getting into before making a purchase.

Would like to order but as I won't be at my mailing address for at least a week, it sort of undoes the rush shipping part. For what it's worth I'm a 17-year+ verified PayPal member, but I understand if you can't change your policy.
