Ok joao and jarno I checked out standard shipping rate and to ship to Portugal would be $43 to $45 and to the United Kingdon would be the same for standard 6 to 10 day international shipping.

And yes its a gsm compatible device which mean its in use for any sim card carrier. It was made for t mobile so its stock compatible with t mobile.
