Jeffrey, we take our cracked glass policy seriously on Swappa, but due to this being minuscule and far from the screen, we allowed approval. If this is something you are not interested in buying, please find another listing.

As far as I know yes. As stated in the description I was able to use it on my Tmo account but the signal was poor. I was able to make and receive calls and texts but couldnt get 4g/LTE data except in very small areas.
