Good question. iCloud lock will definitely be turned off upon purchase. I'm familiar with the routine and will completely disable the iCloud lock and wipe the phone.

Would it be possible at all for you to include a lightning cable with the phone?

Wellll ... I have a lightning cable that is in not-so-great shape. The plastic portion of the cable has broken a bit - BUT - I fixed it with some shrink tubing. So, near the top (i.e. the part that plugs into the phone) there is black piece of flexible plastic that covers the cable and completely covers the broken portion. It works very well - it *seems* very sturdy. But I can't make any guarantees as to how long it will last. The Apple cables themselves aren't actually that durable - this a common issue. I kinda wouldn't be surprised if this lasts longer ... but that's base on pure .. nothing.

I have to say that seems pretty unlikely... there are only 3 business days between now and Dec.24. Priority International Mail which has a delivery time of 6-10 business days is ~$30. Priority (3-5 Business Days) is $38.75. There are faster delivery times ... but they are dramatically more expensive. Let me know if you would like me to investigate those.

I had originally planned on sending this First-Class Package International (which doesn't specify a delivery time on the website right now) - which is reasonably priced (~$12) and included in the $285 price. These other options would be extra.
