I bought this in July of this year. It has been protected with a otterbox commuter and a tempered glass screen protector (both not included) from the day 1. Phone and screen are Mint. Ready for immediate activation with T-Mobile. Upon the purchase, you will receive a Note 3 Black, an original back cover, an original battery, s-pen, an original charger, original usb cable and original box.

Sorry hiid k. sold to mark. But its no unlocked and I don't know if the warranty is transferrable.
Can you request the unlock code from Tmobile? I want to buy it but want to pay to have it unlocked?
