I purchased this phone because the description specifically stated that it works on Ting. The phone arrived today, and I immediately tried to activate it on Ting, but got a "Sprint finance issues" error. I called Ting and was told that, no, this phone cannot be activated through them. Swappa's policies state that if a phone can't be activated or there's an incorrect description, the seller pays for it to be returned. Are you willing to reimburse me for shipping the phone back to you?
