Its not ATT next right and you have the receipt for warranty . What's the lowest you will take as avg price is between $320-$360

This is a new AT&T phone. The balance of the factory warranty from the purchase date of 1/20/14 applies. That is why this phone is worth more in my opinion than the other Nokia 1020s. It has a screen protector and the AGF case and has no scratches or blemishes as others being sold may have. I guess you get what you pay for. If you would like to make an offer please do. I will consider any reasonable offer, but will not negotiate against myself. Thanks.

- Apr 19, 2014 - 09:54 AM

I cannot offer $450 as it's not unlocked also .thanks for your reply

What are you willing to offer?

- Apr 22, 2014 - 04:50 AM

$300 and can you get this unlocked from ATT .

Tony F. Seller

The market price for phones that are not in as good a shape and do not have the factory warranty are between $439-$469. Therefore, my current price of $425 is very reasonable after all fees are taken out of my price. I will also call AT&T to unlock the phone before shipping to the buyer.

- Apr 22, 2014 - 10:18 AM

I was going by the avg price of phones getting sold here on swappa which is between $300-330. But thanks for the quick response.

- Apr 25, 2014 - 01:55 PM

I'll give $425 for USPS express shipped today and you get me the unlock code.

Anthony F. I just received your message. If you purchase today for $425 I will ask AT&T to unlock and ship tomorrow. Thanks. Tony F.

Apr 27, 2014 - 10:43 PM

Did you have unlock code? And would you consider an offer of $400 ?

Tony F. Seller
- Apr 28, 2014 - 09:19 AM

I received a question from a prospective buyer, but I'm not sure who sent the message. I'm asking $425 because once you take into account Swappa.com, PayPal and postage I will be at around $400. This phone is only a few months old so I need to purchase it from AT&T and the remaining balance is actually much greater than $400, but my lose is your gain. I will contact AT&T and ask them to unlock prior to shipping for the purchaser if purchased today, Monday, April 28. If purchased today I will ship tomorrow. Thanks.

I will drop the price to $415 for a buyer today (Tuesday, April 29) and ship tomorrow.

Is the warranty through Nokia? Is it still valid if the phone is unlocked and used on a different provider, e.g. T-Mobile?

Tony F. Seller
- Apr 29, 2014 - 02:33 PM

Yes, the warranty is through Nokia. I know that the phone can be unlocked through AT&T, but I'm not sure whether it will work on a different carrier. Thanks.

Apr 29, 2014 - 03:19 PM

Will the unlock void the warranty, though?

Tony F. Seller
- Apr 29, 2014 - 03:37 PM

I don't believe asking AT&T to unlock has any effect on the warranty, but I'll let you make that determination. Here is the link to the warranty on the Nokia website: http://download.fds-ncom.nokia.com/supportFiles/phones/files/pdf_guides/other/WP_WARRANTY_CA_US_en_US

Are you considering to drop the price below $400

Tony F. Seller
- May 01, 2014 - 02:51 PM

I have received the unlock code from AT&T. First to purchase will receive the device and code to use either on AT&T or other GSM compatible carrier.

I can go $350 yesterday ebay sold (2) brand new never opened phones 1-$320 plus $8 ship and 1-$335 free ship and they have the whole warranty with it. Do you know when thet replaced this phone if they gave you a refurbished phone or not because usually that is what is done and the customer is none the wiser.

Shawna W. - happy for you if you are able to pick up a brand new phone with the full warranty for the prices you state above. I'm not sure that is possible unless they are picking the phone up wholesale. The fact is that this phone retails for $559-799 new. There are some "new" phones on Amazon that are selling from $434-448. I have the unlock code so the phone can operate on other GSM carriers as well and the balance of the factory warranty runs through 1/20/15. I'm dropping the price one more time to $400, but its first come, first served. Happy shopping!

May 15, 2014 - 05:56 PM

Please advise, if you can lower the price.

May 16, 2014 - 12:02 AM

What is the final price? 330 or 390 using paypal? free shipping?

- May 16, 2014 - 12:37 AM

$300 right now?

Tony F. Seller
- May 16, 2014 - 08:43 AM

I've lowered the price several times at the request of several potential buyers without them following through. I'm lowering the price again and it is first come first served for whomever wants to buy it. The price listed is what the purchase price is for the item. For example, when I lower the price to $325, Swappa takes $10, PayPal takes about the same and I pay for shipping in the U.S. That means I actually receive less than $300 for this phone. Serious buyers - if bought this morning I will ship today. Thank you.

- May 16, 2014 - 09:03 AM

Tony F, There are a lot of that here on Swappa. Just looking at the last few sold at 250 and 290 and the one sold for 360 had some accessories. I am not asking you for any specific price but my guess is that buyers are looking for deals below $300. Since there is no bidding here a person can ask and say what they want and really not follow through unfortunate but part of the system I guess. I have been there. Good luck. I always wanted to get this phone not for the Windows Experience as I had something similar (920) but for the camera .

Just lowered the price to $320. I have 10 people subscribed to this phone, so first come, first served on the purchase. Thanks.
