Somewhat. With it being S-Off you can use a custom recovery, flash ROMs etc. Here's an article explaining it a lot better than I would be able to. http://www.androidbeat.com/2014/07/s-htc-device-mean/
Sure. No problem. I was running one when I listed this but went back to Sense since I figured that's what people would want.
The M8 would be a good phone to choose. M8 has much better sound than any other Android I've ever heard. Unfortunately I'm just trying to sell. I would only trade for something I could sell for a lot more, which wouldn't be right.
Is there anyother way I can purchase because I haven't had my paypal account for 90 days
I'm only accepting Paypal. It's safer for everyone involved that way. I haven't heard of this thing about needing to have it for 90 days. Is that a Swappa thing or a Paypal thing?
Oh no it's just something I read that is not true. However, when I try to purchase it just says that there is a merchant issue.
Hmm. Have you tried contacting Paypal? They are usually pretty good at working with people.
Sorry. I don't feel comfortable accepting any other forms of payment. Are you possibly ordering from outside the United States? Maybe you haven't verified your address? Those are the only reasons I can think of why it isn't working. What is the exact wording of the error you receive?
It seems strange but if it's the error saying return to merchant and try a different payment some people have had success by using a different web browser. If you're trying on your phone maybe try on a computer. If you're on a computer using a different browser could work.
