Used and in great condition!!
Glass shows no signs of scratches or chips. There is one knick in the bezel near sim tray (shown in photo).
A/C adapter and lightning cable included along with a Lifeproof FRE case.
Jailbroken on iOS 7.1.1 can update to iOS 8.1.2 and jailbreak upon buyer request.
This model supports all AT&T and T-Mobile bands (last 4 of SN is FH1H). Will work on international GSM networks too.

Can you do $300? Is this phone factory unlocked? Is it icloud locked?
Sorry I can't do $300, it is factory unlocked and iCloud is free and clear.
It can be upgraded to 8.1. With 7.1.1 no longer being signed off by Apple now I chose not to upgrade. I will upgrade it to 8.1 at the buyers request.
How can I make sure to have it replaced if I saw there was a hardware ./software issue then? Thanks for letting me know.
I will accept returns if the phone is dead on arrival. Any damages (glass/screen/battery/etc) after the fact you can take to any local phone repairer or have Apple repair it.
