The phone is brand new has just been turned on to check it works. No dings, nicks or scratches

when did you purchase the phone and is it paid in full.

I purchased it a month ago and yes it is paid in full. There is no EIP or payments on the phone. It could not be listed if it had any payments. The ESN check on Swappa.com would show a balance owed and could not be listed.

Swappa will allow a listing if the ENS/IMEI check came back (White-listed) at the time of listing, everyone knows that this can change if the device is on EIP and the original owner decided not to make payments, I personally seen this happen with a phone I purchased 4 months ago, T-Mobile CS can't tell you either if the phone is on EIP they will only discuss this with the original owner. If you have a receipt that proves the phone is paid in full I'll buy it, let me know.

It is in immaculate condition. I only took the sticker for the Galaxy S3 for the picture to post. I would rate it 10 out of 10.

I do not have the manufacture date as the sleeve outside the box was lost or thrown away.
