I purchased this phone in November directly from Motorola and received it on November 20th. I used it on Verizon until 1/4/15 and have not used it since except to test it on the TMobile Network (which works) for the last few days. Decided it was time to give it up since I've decided to stick with my iPhone 6 Plus.

To me, this device looks brand new, has all the original packaging, and even have an extra moto turbo charger to throw in for good measure. Never rooted.

FYI - With the impending blizzard in the northeast I won't be able to ship out the phone until Wednesday/Thursday of this week. I'll be shipping this UPS ground. As for the price, I think $575 is reasonable especially with the inclusion of a second moto turbo charger.

1/28/15 - UPDATED RETURN POLICY: 3 day return policy. If device is not in the condition and functioning as you expect it to be in, you can return it to me and I'll offer full refund. I'll also provide a 3 day return policy if you just so happen to not enjoy using it. 3 days after receipt of phone, no returns will be accepted.

Buyer: You just have to pay the shipping fees to send it back to me, with insurance & proper packaging.

Just wanted to make the return policy a little clearer as it sounded open ended. I figure after 3 days you'll know whether you like the phone or not. Not worried about whether you'll be happy with the condition as it's in great shape.
