(1x) HTC One M8 (Verizon) - 32GB - Factory Refurbished (see Damage Description/Repair History below)

(1x) SanDisk Ultra PLUS micro SDXC UHS-I Memory Card 64GB - Currently formatted exFAT, but I can re-format to another file-system if you prefer. Also includes adapter to fit regular-size SD-slot.

(2x) Original USB Data/Charging Cables - One from the original phone and one from the replacement. Both have AC adapters included as well.

(1x) Otter Box Defender Case (Blue) - Not much else to say, good case. if I had been using it at the time my phone probably wouldn't have slipped out of my pocket in that cab.

Damage description

Factory Refurbished - This is a replacement device provided by my Verizon insurance plan. I lost my phone in December 2014 and received this one late December. I had it about 3 weeks before switching providers and going to an iPhone, so this phone has had very little use since it was refurbished. There is one small ding on the bottom of the front face-plate, beneath the speaker, but above the USB port. See photos.
