This is a Galaxy S4 for Sprint (Model SPH-L720). The screen has protective plastic with a few small dents around the edge but nothing major. The back of the phone is in great condition. The buttons, port, cameras, and LCD have all been inspected. The phone was set back to factory settings, includes 1 wall charger and phone case.
