Listing includes the phone, original charger, original battery and rear cover, Zerolemon 5900mAh extended battery, and case.

The phone is in great shape overall, I had quite the internal debate over whether to go with mint or good condition. The only real visible sign of wear is the dust that has collected between the glass and the edges of the device.
