The Nexus is running kit kat but it might not be completely up to date. It has always been stock and never been rooted. I can upgrade to the latest version if you'd like. I can confirm the exact version when I get home tonight.

So its a black case? Just want to know cause I already have 1 in blue and don't want to confuse them.

The Android version is 4.4 and there is a system update downloaded ready to install.

I've been able to get easily 6-8 hours of screen time before recharging it (with plenty left), I haven't used it down to absolutely zero (I don't think it went under ~25%).

I would like to stay at 140 because it is pretty much in mint condition (as mint as you can get without being completely new).
