Cynthia, yes it is a Verizon phone. I am not sure if it will work on the prepaid account?
The otter box has a screen protector on it.

I have heard that phones that were used on prepaid plans will not work on contract plans, I have a contract plan and want to change from my Galaxy III to IPhone since I just bought IPad Air. I don't know anything about either on how to use them yet, learning in progress, lol.Would you take $200 with immediate paypal payment? Thanks, Cindy
