does it come with the usb cable, charger, box? or just the phone? how's battery life? does the physical buttons work as they should? and the speakers?

That's okay, yes it's the phone only as listed. The battery is fine and close to what it lasted brand new. It just depends on what you're using it for and how much like all phones. Yes all buttons,speakers, and all other functions work perfectly.
