When I created this listing I expressly answered the question "Will the buyer or seller be paying the shipping and insurance?" By saying the Buyer will pay shipping and insurance (the cost differs for each prospect buyer, so it made sense for the buyer to pay) Unfortunately Swappa left out that comment and now I am in a quandary as to bill the buyer the shipping fees or have Swappa reimburse one of us.

Graham, I see that you put that as part of your return policy. This is not the correct way to handle it though. All listings on Swappa the seller pays for shipping and that cost should be calculated into the price of the listing.
