Nexus 5 comes with box, original LG charger, SIM removal tool.
The back of the phone was colored red using an oil based Sharpie paint pen. Medium size scratch on screen. Phone backing is slightly scuffed. Small scratch in camera lens, Doesn't affect pictures though.
