Took another photo. You can see it's the Developer Edition. I think assembly date is Sep 29 2014? There's a date at the bottom right.

No it's not. Ting network is CDMA. This phone is for GSM networks.

Yes it should. It's not opened so I can't actually test it out, but based on the specs and other users reports, it should support AT&T LTE.
