Hi, two questions: Is a SIM card included? Is this one of the iPhone 5's that has a bad battery (can check by entering ESN in this link: https://www.apple.com/support/iphone5-battery/ )? Thanks.

Hi Colin! Thanks for the link. Found out my wife's iPhone 5 is one of the affected ones. But this one is not.

The serial number you entered is not eligible under this program because either:
- It's not one of the serial numbers in the affected range
- Our records show that your battery has already been replaced. If you paid for a battery replacement service, check with Apple to see if you are eligible for a refund.

The battery was never replaced. I believe with Sprint phones you must include the SIM card because there is now Swap and Play like on Verizon and GSM carriers, so yes, SIM included.

It says Hola on the first picture.. This can be changed to English, right? I've never had an iPhone, but my daughter wants one for Christmas.

That's just the welcome screen. It rifles off Hello in a bunch of languages. It just happened to be in Spanish. The default language of the device is English.
