Yes. To me. If you are interested in buying great, if not, move along. No one is being forced to buy it. It is simply being made available to anyone who wants it.
I did not purchase it with the intention of selling it, but the second I held it I knew it was too big for me. If i can sell it and make a little money on it great, if not, it'll get returned. Simple as that.

Cool. LG wouldn't honor a re-sold Nexus 5, so hopefully Moto does the same. Partially interested, but I can get it in a tax free state, so not sure if it's worth it. Good luck.
