Samsung Galaxy S3, blue, comes with 3 cases and 3 extra batteries/charger, extra screen protector. One of the cases is a Seidio with belt clip. Works perfectly, was used up until the day I got an upgrade.
Damage description
Hairline crack in plastic near charger port. Small crack on back cover. Neither affect performance at all, both covered by cases.
