I have a refurbished Binoic sent to me in July 2012 and I used till Dec 2012. The phone is perfect, no scratch and no damage except the bottom front "V" check mark of the Verizon logo came partially worn-off as the refurbished shipment (will post a picture).

AC428, for a device to be listed as "Mint" condition it cannot have any signs of use. Based on your listing description, this device might fit better under "Good" condition. Yes I changed it. The reason I chose Mint is because it is better than good and there is no extra condition between Mint and Good.
