32gb HTC One in Silver with Otterbox Defender case

Used 32GB HTC One M7 for Verizon. It comes with the htc charger and sync cable, and an Otterbox Defender case. The phone body is nearly flawless but the screen does have some scratching. Everything works as it should and it is deactivated and will come factory reset, ready for you to put in your sim card and activate. Phone has been used in the Otterbox it's whole life so it isn't beat up like some others. The case is a three piece setup with two plastic halves that clip together and then the silicone wraps over that providing the drop protection. Unfortunately a couple of the clips that hold the two sides of the plastic together got broken when removing the case for pictures. The two sides still clip together and the rubber cover ensures it can't pop apart, I just thought it was worth noting that the case isn't perfect.

Brandon, our ESN check with Verizon is not giving the normal "clean for activation" response that we expect for this device. Can you please confirm with Verizon that the device is ready for activation and upload a picture showing the device active on the Verizon network? Or please ensure you are using the ESN / IMEI of the actual device, and not from a box that belonged to a previous device. Let us know, thank you.

Hmm I'm not sure what that means. I bought the phone on craigslist 2 weeks ago to use on page plus but my wife preferred the moto x. When I bought it, it had no service and I called verizon customer service and they verified it had a clean ESN and wasn't attached to an account. They said I was good to buy it. When I run the Swappa ESN check it shows up as good as well. That is the IMEI out of the about settings on the phone, but since I'm not a Verizon customer I can't activate the phone to show you it active. If there is something wrong with the phone let me know so I can pull down the ebay listing as well. Thanks.

Apologies for any inconvenience. Please email [email protected] with an unedited photo of device showing the devices "About" screen displaying the IMEI number and other identifiers with your listing code nearby. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.

I corrected the ESN by adding the missing digit. Sorry for the mistake.

Jack, I'd take $170.
