So is the housing cracked, or was it replaced? Not entirely clear from your description.

The housing is cracked by the sim tray and has not been fixed. I do intend on shipping the item with a new housing replacement though. The housing can been seen in my 4th picture.

What is the bottom you'll accept? I'm willing to put some work in to replace the housing, but it can't be this close to the cost of a comparitively undamaged phone. The cases add little value to me and the wireless charger is more optional for me, so I would offer $250 for everything or $200 for the phone only.
