Charger and original box included. Ballistic case ( included ) is bumper/shock absorbent style case and has kept phone in great condition. Had phone for one year and used on Straight Talk and got LTE. Best phone I've ever owned to date and now I'm upgrading to Nexus 6. I usually respond to offers/comments/questions pretty quickly ( unless it's middle of night ) so comment anytime.

Very small ding top right corner of bezel. Phone functions flawlessly.
