I have to agree with Kenny. This phone has lots of blemishes that OP isn't exactly forthcoming about. I'd be surprised if it sells for more than $275

Sorry, but the serial number starts with either a 3 or 4. I'm not sure where 02d is from.

IMEI starts with a 3, serial number is as noted.

I agree with @yankeesusa. This should be $200 or so. 2 cracks, letters fell off, scratches and scuffs. For less than $100 more than this I can get a brand new one with a warranty.
