Daniel A. - No problems whatsoever. You can root it or unroot it as you desire and there's no performance issues. It's still on the original Android OS - it's just now using the latest version of it as opposed to the 4.3 version when it first came out.

Francs - Battery life is still good and no scratches. It really is still in great condition.

Francs - Thanks, but I do have a guaranteed $130 at the moment and no plans to lower that for a bit if that falls through.

What was wrong with the charging port before? Did you sent it to ASUS for repair?

Francs - It's not in mint condition, there is at least one mark on the edge of the bezel on the top but nothing else that stands out to my eyes, but the screen itself only looks marked because of the screen protector. There's no battery or usage issues that I've ever encountered with it after Asus repaired the charging port in it under warranty.

Francs - It wouldn't charge but I could get it to communicate with my PC. I went through Asus Tech support and they had me send it in. According to them, they repaired the charging port and sent it back to me. I've had no problems charging or communicating with it since! (The repair receipt will be sent with the tablet)

What is the purchase date and what was your usage like on average daily? that would give a better idea about battery life.

I don't have a camera that can take a picture of the scratch to be honest. All I can do is tell you it's there in the interest of disclosure. As for usage and battery life, I used it mostly a few days a week for media (reading, streaming or downloaded video/ audio) with some gaming and I usually only had to charge it once a week. Of course, some weeks I used it more than others.

I bought it in approx October of 2013 and I'm the only owner.

Bob is the scratch you talking about deep or only light scratch? Sorry for asking a lot of question, I just want to be sure on what I'm buying.lol

Light scratch. It does manage to catch the light at the right angle.
