Considering no tax, shipping or waiting two months, I'd say that's a good price. I'm not an iPhone guy (thankfully...) but if I was, I'd be all over this. YMMV.

I'll print off a copy of the receipt, it's just a PDF emailed by Apple. This was an upgrade purchased in full from AT&T. It's not locked to an AT&T Next contract.
I can't say how low of a price I'd do since this is such a new device. I did compare my price to others on Swappa and put my 128gb priced competitively with 16gb from other sellers.
