Are there any scratches and scruffs anywhere on the phone? Any warranty left with the phone?

Zero scratches or scuffs. Phone is in mint/new condition like it says in the listing. Phone is covered through Apple for repairs and service through 12/17/14

Yes the phone is in the same condition. Has been sitting in its box since April. Will lower the price to $325 that is the lowest I can go right now.
Is box is included, as stated up in here, i can go $300, thats the highest i can go. I'm a reseller and need a profit of this :)
I do have the box. However the phone is an Apple warranty replacement so imei will not match box. Aside from one other seller, ($320 and does not include box or charger/cable) this is the cheapest mint/like new condition iPhone 5 on this site.
It doesnt matter for me that the box have a different imei, if you decide to accept my $300 offer.
