I need to see if your phone is compatible with my carrier (Flash Wireless) A Verizon reseller) What is the MEID Hex # please from the back of the phone underneath the battery? Also is the phone locked?

If you would like confirmation regarding your carrier please provide the seller with a link to your carriers ESN check and they can report the result.
