The screen looks scratched at the bottom. Does it have a screen protector?

There are honestly no scratches at all on the screen. The screen is in mint condition. I just removed the tempered glass because the protector had scratchs and I didn't want people to think the phone was scratched. If we can meet in the middle at 395 I would appreciate it because I'm sure you already know Joel. R that I'm really earning 370 after swappa fee and shipping cost.

I also checked my photos to see what you were taking about and I did see that the close up photo seemed as though I had scratches. I promise you that really was just lint.

Also I will stop by Best Buy to see when I can switch the protection plan over into your name. The cool thing is I have already paid up front for the protection plan so you do not need to make any payments.

Hey Joel.R I will try to ship the phone tomorrow from FedEx but I am not sure if they are open tomorrow, I just want to get this to you as fast as I can, BUT if I can't tomorrow then I will send it out Monday. Thank you for your fast payment. I truly like Swappa because of the official transaction system.

P.S. I had a smugged proof Zagg installed on the phone for you so the screen would not be scratched during shipment. If you decided to keep it on you will also get the life time warranty through zagg for replacement incase the screen protector is coming off.

Hey Joel, I called Best Buy to have the protection plan switched over into your name, but they told me because of new policy I cannot transfer over the protection plan. So instead I am going to get a prorated amount of money returned to me in 5-10 business days, and I will just give you that prorated amount of money. I am not sure if the money will be cash or in-store credit at Best Buy, but you will be receiving it from me. I apologies for the inconvenience of the situation, in actuality I worked for best buy and they were able to transfer plans, I don't understand why they couldn't especially since you asked a best buy about the transfer and they referred you to have me call best buy about these changes.
