Phone was bought new in Feb 2012.
No hardware issues ever.
Fresh factory flash with unlocked bootloader.
No issues.
Includes original box with charger, black diztronic tpu case and B/W Seidio case w/kickstand. Still has Zagg protector on back glass, zagg screen protector had issues so it was removed.
Damage description
Screen has 1 small scratch near the top. I included a photo to show this.

I would consider it stock. description says "Fresh factory flash with unlocked bootloader"
I've never had the battery problems other n4 users complained about. I could go about 10-12 hrs on a charge.
