Gold S5 Rooted running latest LolliPop update.

This is the gold model but it has the black back. I will include the USB 3.0 cable and a black otter box commuter. The battery flap has been cut off but i have ordered a new one. It is a $2 piece of plastic that takes 10 seconds to install.

2 minor dings on the plastic bezel. Other than that it's in great shape.

1) Will the new charger door attach and remain attached to the phone (ie. make it like-new,) or does it just sit in there and when you remove it, it separates from the phone completely?

2) Any screen scratches or dings?

3) Are you including the charging brick AND the cable that come with the phone when purchased brand-new, or are you just including the cable?

4) How long has the phone been used?

5) Any additional issues with the phone (EXAMPLES: buttons sagging in/losing click, charging port looseness/contact problems, radio or wifi or GPS having trouble locking or holding connections, phone overheating, battery expanding or having sudden drops, random reboots, camera issues, speaker issues, microphone issues, noticeable lag, screen issues, or any other issues that you've noticed, even if you think they're minor? The new charger door will work as new. It simply slides into a slot so it will stay attached. You can watch YouTube videos on how to replace the door, that is the method I will use. Screen is great, the only dings are superficial bezel dings that I described.

There are no issues with any of the radios. The buttons are clicky like new.
