Xperia Z Ultra C6806 International phone (compatible with T-Mobile LTE and AT&T LTE). This phone is only used for 6 months. I have used in Australia and New Zealand and tested that it is compatible internationally. It functions perfectly. There are a few light scratches at the corner of the phone and that's why I am check the 'Good' condition.

Will you ship out today if purchased and also how much for overnight shipping
This is my wife's phone and she is still using it. Her new phone is arriving today and I need to get the new phone activated before I can ship out this phone. I would say tomorrow I can ship for sure. If the new phone arrives today early, then it is still possible to ship out today. I usually use USPS 2-3 day priority mail with signature. This usually cost about 9.50. I don't know how much will it cost to ship overnight. You can give me your zip code so that I can check.
Do you still have this? I had to rush out of town and im still intrrsted in it.
I looked at the phone again. The scratch happenes only on one corner and is on the middle part (plastic part) and does not affect the seals of the screen. Sony claims this phone is water resistant. I would never submerge it under the water. But with all the plugs in place, I think it will definitely resist the coffee/drink spills. If you want I can take a picture for you to show the scratch.
