iPhone 5 white works perfectly, no cosmetic damage. IOS 8.0.3 with clean ESN/MEID and icloud

iPhone kept in great condition using full protective case. iCloud and find my phone are disabled. Phone is fully updated and factory reset. Battery is not as strong as when new but functions great and has no problems. No scratches or cracks on screen or on cover. Original box and accessories are included.

Are there any scratches, dents, cracks, scuff, scrapes on the iphone? Does all the button function well? Would you take $170? Are you the original owner? Could you request Verizon to unlock the iphone if I buy this iphone? Is this iphone out of contract? let me know
