$150 would be OK for me...Do you know if this phone can be flashed to work on the Page Plus Cellular network? How long has it been used (what differentiates it from a new phone?)? Thanks!

I only works for Verizon Wireless to my knowledge, it has been used on and off for around a year

I found a dealer who says he can flash the phone. Am I correct in assuming that "mint" condition means there are no problems with the phone? Also, I'm not seeing a "Buy Now" button on the top-right of the page...any ideas why?
