Basically brand new after claiming from insurance.
This phone is basically brand new. I had insurance through Best Buy and I claimed it to get a new/refurbished phone. It will include box and all accessories (headphones if you want). the IMEI won't match the box since it is refurbished straight from Best Buy. Let me know if you have any additional questions. It will be shipped with the plastic still on the screen.
Damage description
No damage as I just picked it up from Best Buy with my insurance -- it has a remanufactured/refurbished sticker on the inside.
