Phone is in good condition. Near mint. The front and back glass are both flawless, apart from one small 1/4 inch scratch on the screen. I have included a detailed photograph of this. There is minor scratches/scuffing around the metal bezel. Phone is running iOS 6.1.2 so no iCloud lock. Also easily jailbreakable. If you choose you can also update to the latest version of IOS 7 when you receive the phone. Any questions please ask. I am fairly firm on price.

Phone is not unlocked. If I was able to unlock it I would have already. Sorry that is something you as a buyer would need yo do. And in regards to the battery it holds a good charge, on par with other used iPhone ?
