How do I activate the phone when I go to Verizon? Do I need a Sim card? Does that cost anything?

If you have an active Verizon sim card all you need do is the put that sim card into this.If not yes you need to go to Verizon store and get a sim card.I believe they have $15 fee for new sim card like the other service providers.
