Verizon Galaxy Nexus + Extras

Its hard to let go of a phone like this... Unlocking, rooting, and ROMing was so easy. I had a lot of fun with this old beauty but im ready to move on...

Included in the sale will be the phone (obviously), and extended battery and cover, two 2200mAh Anker batteries, an Anker battery charger, a Otterbox Commuter case, charging brick and cable (not shown in the pics), and the original box and manuals.

Damage description

There are a few small scratches on the screen as well as a wear mark on the bottom left side. Two small dents also reside on the bottom edge of the phone.

How does the battery hold up in a days use?

- Oct 01, 2014 - 04:36 PM

Eric - im sorry im not willing to go that low.

Kristian - It will last a day properly configured (location off, greenify, other tweaks). I was a very heavy user so I needed the extra batteries.

Did you use this phone as your daily driver?
Also, would you say that AOKP or the original ROM ran smoother? I've had mixed experiences and want to be sure my wife gets a phone that isn't going to hang up, experience random reboots, or stutter (noticeably and regularly) even if it means being a few versions of Android behind.

Tim, I used it off and on the past few months. My current phone doesn't have any stable aosp ROMs so I'd use the GNex when I needed a fix. Must all of the custom ROMs (based on 4.2 or 4.3) for this phone are pretty stable.

What was your reasoning for the fair quality? Would you mind posting photos of the cause? (if possible)

- Oct 08, 2014 - 04:57 PM

Niko, the reason I chose to list it as fair is because of the dents on the plastic frame at the bottom of the phone (photo 4). There is also a scratch on the screen that I felt warranted the fair condition label. You can kind of make it out on the last picture, between Start and Emergency call. If you are interested I can try an capture a better picture.
