This is a 2013 Moto X XT1053; it's been used for about a year with absolutely no problems. Phone works perfectly. The phone is rooted and has Krypton 1.4.1 installed, which is the stock rom with major speed optimizations - it can be completely unrooted and returned to an OTA ready stock state upon request.

Damage description

There is a tiny scratch at the top of the screen that is literally impossible to see with the screen on - the only way to see it is to tilt the screen under bright light. There is one small crack in the back cover on the side - see pics - that is part of natural wear and tear with this phone and is unavoidable even when brand new.
