I am still deciding between this and S5 but I was set to get it at $300. $315 is with the memory or no memory?

I was stuck between those as well when I originally bought, but I am a little biased :) The $315 is without the memory. The reason its not right at $300 is because like I mentioned, Swappa takes $10 and the extra $5 is going to the USPS priority shipping.

its a fair offer, I think I will pass and stick to the S5 for now, who knows might give the S6 a go when the prices chill a bit. I am sure someone else is gonna snatch this, thanks

Can you return to factory specs?

Just want to clarify, relock the bootloader (S-On)/unroot or just put a factory rom on there but still rooted/S-Off?

Mateo, am interested in this as a package. I have two questions and one request. 1. How stable is this ROM, any bugs or anything not working? I have a rooted phone now and have flashed one ROM, but my priority is stability and a better experience than stock, not tinkering/customization. 2. I'm a klutz and I cannot use a naked phone or one with a flimsy case. I have an Otterbox Commuter on my current phone; is UAG Maverick reasonably equivalent? 3. I will be using this on Page Plus Verizon MVNO, any Verizon postpaid phone with a clear MEID is supposed to work, but just to confirm, could you run the MEID at this link, there is no charge for doing so, and let me know the results? http://www.kittywireless.com/pageplus/validateesn.html

Yes, the factory ROM. How is the battery life with the rom that's on there? Check ac as well.

1) I currently am running Fluent 6.0 and I have been running for several weeks now and it is running great. Its based off the latest official Verizon 5.0.1 base so it is super stable.

2) I used to have the Otterbox Commuter on my phones but it was just too bulky for me. I have switched over to UAG and I love their cases. For what its worth, their cases apparently meet military drop-test standards (MIL STD 810G 516.6) according to their site.

3) I submitted my ESN to that site and am awaiting the response. Will post back once I get the email.
