Eh, Man this iPhone 3Gs is really kind of all I got right now to take pictures...

No. Not unlocked. I use this phone on an AT&T MVNO. Not AT&T directly.
Did you buy it from AT&T? You should be able to request a free unlock code.
Yes. I bought the device from AT&T. No Contract. I don't use the phone on AT&T. Like I said, I used the phone on an AT&T MVNO. Not AT&T directly. I can not get an unlock code unless I was with AT&T directly. Plus, I've only been with them for two months, I can't request an unlock code this early.
Understood. Thank you, but I can't buy unless i'm sure this could work on T-Mobile network (unlocked). I know I can purchase an unlock code, but that has a chance of not working and I don't want to be left with a phone I cannot use. Good luck on the sale.
