Limited Edition Gray and Lime Verizon HTC 8X

I just got my Verizon Limited Edition HTC 8X. It is the Gray version with the lime green accents. I have the phone (in mint condition) with the Original Box, Charger, Usb Cable, etc. There is a screen protector on the phone as well.

I ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance and SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Paypal confirmed address *ONLY*.

Due to the complexity of the issue, I will only trade locally. Sorry for the inconvenience.

No damages at all. Never used without a Screen Protector. (New as of Dec 20, 2012)

Can a non Verizon employee activate this device? Might be interested, but also have a LNIB Verizon White 32GB SGIII with sealed accessories in box and external battery charger with spare battery and a 32GB MicroSD card. Let me know. Thanks.

Another concern I have. What happens if there is a problem with it and I need to get a replacement with Insurance? I assume I might have problems if not a Verizon employee or would they just replace it with one of the consumer colored devices? Thanks.
