iPhone 4s for verizon, very good condition. Fully functional with a clean imei and no iCloud lock. 16gb of memory. There is some wear from normal use on the edges. Back is near perfect, screen has a few marks on it nothing bad. See pictures.

I Can include a SIM card. Please remind me on the sale page. The device should be fully functional on MVNO's, although may have to be unlocked.

It's Verizon so I would say yes. But i do not have anyway to test for I don't have any other networks sim card that is the correct size, I only have nano. So I can not guarantee that it is.
