Is this device unlocked for any gsm carriers? Thanks.

Yes this will work on GSM networks, but you won't get 4G on AT&T since didn't work with there frequencies due to Verizon baseband. What carrier did need it on?

Sep 14, 2014 - 08:50 PM

I need it to work on hsdpa 900mhz frecuency to use it overseas. I need to get at least 3G.

- Sep 14, 2014 - 10:16 PM

From what I understand it works on the 900mhz gsm frequency however I don't have a way to test that. Here is an excerpt from the wiki. It's an SCH-i605 model. ...

CDMA/EV-DO phones
SCH-R950, SHV-E250L, SCH-i605, SPH-L900, and SCH-N719 are to connect to cdmaOne, CDMA 1xRTT, and EV-DO rev 0/A/B. these variants except SCH-R950, can connect to the GSM network as well, SPH-L900 can only use WCDMA/GSM services while roaming internationally due to it having an embedded SIM.

This was gotten from here...
