What service were you using with this?
Do you have original receipts from where you got this. Was device ever rom'd then returned to stock?

i was using it on AT&T, i had the M Preview on it, and then flashed back to stock.

i can probably find the email from motorola and include that with it if needed for proof of purchase. according to motorola's site, it's under warranty until march or april of 2016 (i can't remember which)
